JAHM Property Group Inc. is committed to providing professional property management, consulting, and related business services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing, booking, paying a fee, or submitting any payment through our website or payment links.

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services, consultation fees, administrative fees, booking fees, application-related fees, digital products, or other charges paid to JAHM Property Group Inc., except where required by applicable law or where JAHM Property Group Inc. determines, in its sole discretion, that a billing error occurred.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • your purchase is final

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • you understand the nature of the service or fee being purchased

  • you agree to this No Refunds Policy before completing payment

What This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to, where offered:

  • consultation fees

  • administrative fees

  • booking or reservation fees

  • application or processing fees

  • service fees

  • digital products, downloadable materials, or paid access items

  • other non-lease website or business payments made to JAHM Property Group Inc.

No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • failure to use a purchased service

  • missed appointments or no-shows

  • failure to provide required information or documents

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference after the service has been reserved, scheduled, started, delivered, or made available

  • duplicate purchases made by mistake by the customer, unless we determine an actual duplicate billing error occurred

  • delays caused by the customer’s failure to respond, submit information, or complete required steps

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same item, or encountered a technical payment issue, contact us promptly at [Email Address] within [5] business days of the charge. We will review the matter and, if we determine that a verifiable billing error occurred, we may correct the charge or issue an appropriate adjustment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

If JAHM Property Group Inc. allows appointment rescheduling, any rescheduling terms will be stated at the time of booking or in a separate scheduling policy. A cancellation or rescheduling request does not entitle you to a refund unless expressly stated in writing by JAHM Property Group Inc.

Lease-Related and Property-Specific Charges

This Refund Policy does not control or override any rights or obligations that are governed by:

  • a lease agreement

  • a property management agreement

  • a holding fee agreement

  • a security deposit agreement

  • applicable landlord-tenant law

  • other separate written agreements

Any rent, security deposit, holding deposit, owner disbursement issue, or lease-related charge will be handled according to the governing agreement and applicable law, not solely by this website policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback after agreeing to this policy does not automatically cancel your payment obligation where the charge was validly authorized and earned.
